New Clients
Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time for necessary paperwork and to discuss any health or muscle related issues.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
** At least 12 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment (24 hours is preferable). This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.
** No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” If you are 15 minutes (or more) late for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a "no-show." You will be charged $50/hour for the time you had scheduled.
** Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. If you are 15 minutes late, you will be considered a "no-show" appointment, and must reschedule your appointment to a later date. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
